About Us

Dojuknow is the software company that developed MyEZReview.  As a privately owned business based in Tampa, we recognized the need for a better and easy to use Performance Review System.  After struggling to find a performance evaluation system that met our own small business needs, we decided to build the system ourselves. Our goal was to design performance evaluation software that is easy to use, packed with useful features and affordable to companies.

Founded in 2002 by two executive management owners from GE and LRMC, MyEZReview software is the result of many years of hands on experience developing and supporting Human Resource solutions.

Our goal is to provide a product that is intuitive and uncomplicated to use, yet still provides the power and features to get the job done right. For over 8 years, Dojuknow has been developing tools and software for the local market and is now expanding our market with our latest release of the 10.x version of MyEZReview.
